micropterus101 Posted March 7, 2009 Share Posted March 7, 2009 Oh if I only found this three years ago! This Conc was popping out at me half in the siltstone along the bank of the creek. Unfortunatly the top of the crab was sanded off by the creek over the years. Dont think this creek has been collected yet. This crab was huge! Lucky me I did luck out and find this Maeandricampus triangulum concretion up the creek a little further! Definetly the best concretion of the day Legs popping out of the concretion pictured above. Fish vertebrae Rjb, If the water clears up by the time ya come out west maybe you can find your own dang Maeandricampus. If not I have a couple laying around here somewhere but the rock is tough.
