Kues Guide To Jemez Springs Fossils: Good Copy?

Barry Kues published a comprehensive guide to Pennsylvanian fossils of the Jemez Springs area:

Guide to the late Pennsylvanian paleontology of the Upper Madera Formation,
Jemez Springs area, north-central New Mexico
Barry S. Kues, 1996, pp. 169-188
in:
Jemez Mountains Region, Goff, F.; Kues, B. S.; Rogers, M. A.; McFadden, L. S.; Gardner, J. N.; [eds.], New Mexico
Geological Society 47th Annual Fall Field Conference Guidebook, 484 p.

The article is available for free online from the New Mexico Geological Society. Unfortunately, although the text and some line drawing type figures are clear, the figures of the actual fossils are crud to put it politely:

Likely the document was scanned using a setting for text, not grey scale pictures. However, it does seem strange that the brachiopod # 15 is clear and all the rest of the images are blobs. At any rate, I don't much feel like paying $50 plus shipping to get a hard copy of the whole 484 page guidebook, just to get 3 figures. Would anybody have a pdf copy with good figures, or a hard copy and the time & generosity to scan or photograph the figures? It would be much appreciated.
