Pterosaur
wonderful sketch work. you certainly build up your proportions alot cleaner them me.. watching this with great interest. Thank you fredalexander!! My question to you: how the heck do you get your dinosaurs in such cool looking poses and so real looking? I don't have much trouble sketching what's right in front of me, but it's tougher to fabricate something and make it realistic. Pterosaur
More progress... Decided to make stego a bit more colorful and dynamic! fredalexander
i agree. the color choices are giving off a great effect. Thank you fredalexander!!My question to you: how the heck do you get your dinosaurs in such cool looking poses and so real looking? I don't have much trouble sketching what's right in front of me, but it's tougher to fabricate something and make it realistic. that... is a very tough question honestly. poses are often thought up in my head and are constructed using basic shapes. i do admit i do read allot of books relating to birds and other reptiles, most of my drawings and sketches are made without references other then the the specifics animal profile view and some anatomical knowledge on how things work for non-avian theropods.. as for how i usually construct my drawings, i'm pretty sure that calls for a thread of it's own.
