Napoleon North
Today on Twardowski Stone (Zakrzówek) I found these 1 cm tooth (fragmentarily preserved). Could be a pterosaur tooth? This is mostly a cross-section of a tooth. Age Upper Jura-Lower Chalk Oxford. Auspex
Could be a pterosaur tooth? I suppose it could, but it could also be a fish tooth. To me, it looks like it has a bit of a compound curve, which is unlike any pterosaur tooth I have seen. Napoleon North
I suppose it could, but it could also be a fish tooth. To me, it looks like it has a bit of a compound curve, which is unlike any pterosaur tooth I have seen. Here a few pictures. Now, it appears more straightforward. http://www.upic.pl/pics/351336ws.jpg http://www.upic.pl/pics/561756xd.jpg http://www.upic.pl/pics/671790xz.jpg Sorry for the quality of photos.
