Pilobolus
Take your pick: Fossil Literature or Documents Depending mostly on the format. Hey, Thanks Auspex! For some reason, searching using similar terms yielded gazillions of threads but those were not obvious. Much thanks!
Pilobolus
Looks like Nandomas (within Fruitbat's PDF library) beat me to the punch on this article (http://paleobiology.si.edu/pdfs/insectDamageGuide3.01.pdf) and by only three years! Anyway, it was an interesting paper I encountered while Google Scholar-ing Kirk Johnson's work on the occasion of him being host of the Public Broadcasting, Nova, on the making of North America. Cheers, -Pilo
