West Va Fossil Finds

I went to see my sister for spring break and the first day we got 3 inches of snow! Later in the week I found a great new location! My sister lives on the same mountain Snowshow resort is on. Some rocks had fallen and the road workers had cleared or scaled a wall by the road. Wow three or four levels and what we found! Horn corals intact with barely any matrix ! 4! crinoids a blastoid- I have never seen one in West Va before. Flat looking crinoid segments, big crinoids I think, little shells. I am so mad at myself- I deleted the roadside pictures but it is a very cool embankment. I believe it is hwy 66 off of 219. Anyways if anyone goes and wants better directions I'll check with my sister. Anyways I will get pictures when I go back in July.
