tmaier
Ahh, Yorick! I knew him well. Pretty thick, relative to length, so I'm going to guess pig. Some other people here are good with bones, and should give a better evaluation. My son had a yard sale last month and sold this goat's head for $25. My dog found it in the brush. Rustdee
It looks like a saw could have cut one of the bones.

Fossildude19
The jaw on the right *looks like a deer jawbone. Compare with pictures HERE. Regards, * EDIT- didn't realize they were 2 different jaws! tmaier
The jaw on the left might be goat, and the one on the right might be deer or sheep. I was amazed at how hard it was to tell jaw of some mammals apart. The animals themselves look very different, but the skeletal differences are subtle. goat jaw http://www.google.com/search?q=goat+jaw&btnG=Search&hl=en&gbv=1&tbm=isch sheep jaw http://www.google.com/search?q=sheep+jaw&btnG=Search&hl=en&gbv=1&tbm=isch

We have no finite list to compare a tooth or bone to. And, often the specimen is is an isolated element, worn partial, etc. Someone describes the tooth, jaw section, etc. and publishes a paper of a 'new species' and I think 'meh'.
