Guguita2104 Posted July 22, 2016 Share Posted July 22, 2016 (edited) Like the title says (I know this question can sound a bit confusing ):Is this a sponge "body fossil" encrusted on the colonial coral, or a boring on its surface? This specimen (the middle one, on the 1st pic) was found in Serra d'Aire e Candeeiros, Malm (probably kimmerdgien) layers.
