barefootgirl
Okay, I just crawled my butt out of bed and haven't even began to clean what I found. I crashed and burned last night about 10:00 and I actually lost 5 lbs yesterday, I think I need to go do that more often. Poor Cierra is dead to the world and I suspect she probably will need the whole day to recover from yesterday. I had a blast and as soon as I can get myself going I'll post what I found. Here are the picts I took of the goobers swimming. By the way, where is that neat little red nautiloid you found Barry I don't see it posted. You know the little fat one that didn't quite look like an ammonite. Shamalama
Great finds, the red ammos look neat. What is the nature of the "red bed" they come from? Is it the result of extra Iron in the groundwater or just red sands? -Dave __________________________________________________ Geologists on the whole are inconsistent drivers. I don't see anything in my book that addresses why the Red Zone is red in color.
Traviscounty
What's cool about that red layer is that it also holds a lot of the black (Phosphorus??) stuff.
