tracer
i think i just figured it out. the pictures are huge, so the software here is automatically knocking them down to size so they'll load.
NAUfrogger
Sorry about the camera. It's TERRIBLE at Macro (doesn't have a Macro setting!). I thought this might be a trilo too but after years of hunting there, all of the trilos in that area are much rounder - not so long and skinny. Could it be a worm? MikeD
I'm having trouble with the pictures, too. NAUfrogger, Google Irfanview, download and install it. Open one of your pictures with it, click on Image, then Resize, then Set New Size, change the first number to 800 (or 1024), the second number will change automatically, then save the picture with a new filename. I usually just tack the letter "a" on the end of mine. That way, you don't alter your original picture. Then upload the new, smaller picture. I think that will help them to display a lot better here. There is also a pinned discussion on posting photos http://www.thefossilforum.com/index.php?showtopic=6399 Good luck. Oh yeah, don't forget to crop out the unnecessary background area.
