rather than toss out what i think and bias the feedback, i'll ask what others think who've seen a bunch of probably pleistocene stuff. three different pics of two fossils. no, they're not related fossils, as far as i know.

Bone looks like either an astragalus or calcaneum (ankle bones) from a small to moderate sized animal. Tapir as well?

they're definitely three different pics of two fossils.
