Hi, I've been thinking about organizing my collection so it doesn't break... I've seen some suggestions like putting everything into decided lure boxes, or in paper trays in drawers.i cannot find where it is possible to get these white paper storage trays! Also haven't really done with a solution for storing tiny fossils (up to date they are in a pile of small zip lock bags.

Please help!  :) I would be greatful for any suggestions for storing my :trex:

The cheapest option for the white boxes is the fold-it-yourself kind, which are available from a seller on ebay. I don't know if mentioning his name is allowed on the forum but he's in Colorado. (I haven't seen any others closer to me).

The hardest part is finding or building the shallow-drawer units! In lieu of them, beer flats are what I've been using.

For small fossils there are Riker mounts, but these also I have not been able to find near me - the closest I have seen them is in the US, like the fold-up boxes.

Hi

This has been a problem for me for years. I only have a small house and a small amount of space to store a draw unit. A couple of weeks ago in a vintage shop, I spotted this metal filling cabinet. It has narrow draws that are great for small fossils and plenty of them draws to. I  made some draw dividers.  Works great I think. Just an idea to get you thinking and I hope it helps.

Coco,

What are the file sizes?

Feel free to email them to me, and I can try to attach them to your post. :)
