Help me identify these fossils plz

Not sure wht animal they're from

I think the bottom one is from a tortoise

Where are they from,? What is the size? Do you know the age of deposit? 

1st...? A rib to something.

2nd. Looks like a horse metapodial ( leg bone).

3rd. I think you are right about being tortoise.

I found them in my local creek i have a few other bones that I'm not sure of. Found lots of good stuff, the creek is natural I'm in the southern Brandon area of florida. The top one are diffently soft shell turtle

Laz, try to get in the habit of including something in the shot to indicate scale(size). Preferably a ruler close to the object.
