Yep. Same thing with all Canadian fossils. I don't know whether there are international treaties concerning Antarctica, but without tens of thousands of dollars, you're not getting there in the first place, let alone reaching fossiliferous exposures.

yes, there are such agreements with Antarctic fossils.  I don't know the details, but they do exist.
