erose Posted September 25, 2018 Share Posted September 25, 2018 LEDds are the way to go. Brighter with less heat and lower energy consumption. Best is a remote power supply outside the cabinet. That is where the heat will be. Many museums now use fiber optic lamps where the light emitter itself is remote and you run fiber optic strands out to various flood or spot lenses. Main thing: heat.
