Pulled these two bone-like pieces out of the Green Mill run a while back. Any thoughts as to what they might be?

While the shape looks compelling, I'm not seeing anything in the composition to confirm bone. My initial impression is "bone-shaped" rocks.

Are not fossils often nothing but Bone shaped rocks (casts)?

The black one is 3". It does look Turtlish to me.

The tan 3.5". I am thinking possible "finger bone" for either whale or mos since both are found there.
