DD1991
Crittendenceratops' description came as a surprise to me, but it represents the first named dinosaur species from Arizona that lived around the time of Gryposaurus, Styracosaurus, and Gorgosaurus, because Sonorasaurus was previously the youngest dinosaur species from the state. In any case, Crittendenceratops further illuminates the evolutionary history of centrosaurine ceratopsids in the American Southwest because one centrosaurine from the Menefee Formation will be described as a new taxon sooner or later.
