Ancient Coral Or What?

Here's something i'm less incline to name as such, for reason because; 1)It has large and irregularly shaped sprouts fomation on the base, 2)The broken or exposed parts on each sprouts has no sharp edge and it's consistent to surface textures. 3) It doesn't had rounded finger-like sprouts and.., 4) The surface is smoother than todays Corral.

Whatever, I'm still hoping that specimen is a rare type of Corral. Can anyone please help ID? Thanks for the effort and for taking time.
